Production Structure Across Districts

Each district operates under a distinct manufacturing logic. Brianza concentrates design and assembly functions among medium-sized firms. The Livenza cluster handles the full supply chain from sawmill to finished component. Pesaro relies on a lead-firm model, with Scavolini coordinating 340 active suppliers within a 50-kilometre radius.

Export Corridors and Destination Markets

German and French markets absorb the largest share of Brianza and Livenza output. Pesaro's orientation differs: Russia historically led until 2022, after which the United States and German markets absorbed the redirected volume. The Adriatic corridor — road and sea logistics from Pesaro-Urbino province — connects the district to ports in Ancona and Bari for non-EU shipments.
